Keynote announcement

Dr. YuLin Bingle's expertise, leadership, and dedication to excellence have made a significant impact on the field of intelligence and cybersecurity.

We are pleased to announce this year's keynote speaker! 


Dr. YuLin Bingle is the Dean of the College of Cyber and Cryptology with the National Security Agency’s National Cryptologic University.  She directs the education and training programs covering Cyberspace Operations, Computer Science, Network Analysis, Engineering and Physical Sciences, Networking and Telecommunications, Cryptanalysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Signals Analysis, and TechSIGINT Analysis.


Previously, she served in prominent federal government roles, integrating intelligence operations focused on Russia, Europe, and Eurasia as Director of the Europe Eurasia Regional Center. As Deputy Director for Policy Support, she provided timely intelligence to inform high-level policy decisions. Dr. Bingle also led efforts against cyber threats as the Director of Cyber Intelligence at the Department of Homeland Security. 


Her military career included various command roles and deployments. Notably, she commanded an Intelligence Group that provided vital intelligence support to U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, earning her group the Director of Central Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation. She has received numerous awards, including the Legion of Merit and two Bronze Stars. 


Dr. Bingle's educational background includes a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity from Marymount University, along with several other advanced degrees and professional military education. Her publications cover topics such as civil-military relations and cybersecurity.
