He has partnered with the National Security Agency (NSA), Bowie State University (BSU), and others to construct a pipeline of talent from historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to the Department of Defense (DoD), supporting more than 20 HBCU graduates in furthering their careers in AI.
Harvey earned his doctor of science (D.Sc.) and master’s degree, both in computer science, at Bowie State, and his bachelor’s in computer science from Mississippi Valley State University. He also holds a Cryptologic Computer Science Certificate from the NSA’s Computer Science Development Program.
