CCI Innovation Boot Camp

January 3-7, 2022

Webpage header

The Commonwealth Cyber Initiative is inviting you to join the CCI Innovation Boot Camp, facilitated by BMNT.  Students will be exposed to immersive business practices that BMNT adapted for use by university students to prepare to tackle civic innovation challenges in the U.S., UK, and Australia. This approach places a special emphasis on the methods necessary to connect the invention of new ideas with the adoption of new capabilities.

During the workshop, students will be split-up into teams to converge on real-world problems that BMNT sourced from its network. This enables students to talk with and learn from real people about their pain points and desired outcomes, essential elements of rigorously assessing and prioritizing mission-critical problems.

At the end of the Boot Camp, students will understand a common framework and language for innovation, as well as its practical application, so they can employ the most basic methods to validate a problem and explore solutions in an accountable way.
