Paper Submission & Presentation

Have your paper title, abstract, and research category ready when you submit. If there are multiple authors or team members for your paper, please have only one author/team member make the submission.

  • AI for Cyber/Cyber for AI
  • Securing Autonomous Systems
  • Comprehensive Cyber
  • Data Security & Cyber Policy

Each presenter will get 3 minutes to present their work.

Presentations are limited to one slide for content. Any additional slides will be deleted out of respect for the time of all presenters.

If your paper has been accepted and you would like to show a slide at your presentation, we have a PowerPoint template for you to use.

To use a slide in your presentation, you must submit your PowerPoint presentation by April 3, 2026, to Kendall Beebe at kwbeebe@vt.edu.

About the Session

The sessions’ purpose is to give researchers the opportunity to share their work, receive feedback from peers, and improve their papers. Research should be current or ongoing. The presentation won’t count as being the paper’s publication, and CCI won’t hold a copyright.

Researchers and faculty at public institutions in CCI deemed eligible by their home institutions to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) on an external grant could apply.

Students must have been enrolled at a Virginia institution of higher education at the time of the Symposium (April 13-14, 2026).
