Susan Vitale of Microsoft

Susan Vitale joined Microsoft in 2015 after a 26-year career in the United States Navy. She is a managing senior director, leading customer success for agencies in the federal government.

She was elected to Chesapeake City Council, Virginia’s second largest city, serving July 2018 to December 2022.

She has more than 35 years of executive leadership, intelligence, strategic planning, program management, and organization start-up expertise. 

Vitale holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with a concentration in international relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology,  and an MBA in management from Touro University International.
