Will Kuykendall

Will Kuykendall is a web and digital communications specialist with more than 20 years of experience in web development, UX/UI design, graphic design, and digital strategy. With a foundation in industrial design, he brings a human-centered approach to creating accessible, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.

At the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI), Will manages and enhances CCI’s digital presence, supporting the communication of cybersecurity research, workforce development, and innovation through thoughtful strategy and execution. His background includes website modernization, front-end development, content management systems, accessibility standards, and applying user-centered design principles.

Prior to joining CCI, Will supported digital initiatives for organizations including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
