Tracy Gregorio

As the CEO of G2 Ops, Tracy Gregorio has successfully grown the company by fostering a culture of innovation and creativity, and by ensuring that her team is equipped to handle complex engineering challenges. 

With a background in information technology, academia, and the federal government, she brings a diverse range of experience to her leadership role at G2 Ops.

Under her guidance, G2 Ops has experienced double-digit growth and has established itself as a leading small business in digital engineering transformation and a provider of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), cloud engineering, systems engineering, and cybersecurity engineering solutions to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, and numerous small, medium, and large businesses. 

G2 Ops has expanded its offices in Virginia Beach, Arlington, and San Diego and has received numerous awards from the Department of Defense for its innovative engineering solutions. 

The company was also honored with the Patriotic Employer Award in 2018 and has made the Inc. 5000 List of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies for six consecutive years.

Gregorio is dedicated to giving back to her community. She currently serves as the Cybersecurity Committee Chair of the Virginia Ship Repair Association.

She is also a board member of the Virginia Maritime Association, the Commonwealth Modeling & Simulation Advisory Council, and ODU College of Sciences

She holds a master’s in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. 

She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and has a certificate in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application, and Policy (PDF) from MIT.

Gregorio enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with her family.
