Daniel Bono

Daniel Bono is vice president of the Cyber Mission Operations (CMO) Group at CACI International.  The organization concentrates on new technology development in the cyber environment, bringing proven operational tradecraft, analytic, and reverse-engineering capabilities to serve the cyber landscape. 

Bono wants to build cutting-edge cyber operation techniques and analytic applications through a combination of software development contracts, research and engineering activities, and mission-focused operations.

Previous Roles

Bono began his career as a software developer focusing on development, architecture, and data analytics for cyber analytic systems and performing data analytics. 

He found his passion in leadership roles and began to oversee and grow teams to fuse his experience as a developer and leader. He became a program manager over several large cyber analytics contracts. During his 20-year career with CACI, he served as senior program manager and executive director, which led to his current role.

Education

Bono earned his MBA in information technology project management from George Mason University and his bachelor’s in business administration in computer information sciences from James Madison University.
