Sarah Hayes
Portfolio Director
Sarah Solari Hayes is the portfolio director for CCI.
In 2018, Hayes joined Virginia Tech after running her own Program Management Consulting Firm for Cybersecurity Start-Ups for two years helping clients develop and diversify revenue streams; create repeatable business processes; bid for, win, and manage contracts; and write and edit all contractual deliverables. Prior to running her own business, Hayes did program management consulting for federal clients around the Washington, DC metro area supporting projects ranging from human capital strategy, business process development and reengineering, to Project Management Office development and support.
Hayes graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a master’s degree in political science. She earned an M.B.A. from James Madison University.
