CCI Schools to Compete in Collegiate Cyber Challenge

Four schools in the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative network have been selected to participate in the Collegiate Cyber Challenge, also known as the Cyber Resiliency and Measurement Challenge (CRAM).

Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is hosting the event Oct. 22-23, 2024, at the University of Mary Washington’s Dahlgren Campus. 

The selected teams include:

• College of William and Mary
• George Mason University
• Marymount University
• University of Mary Washington

One of NSWCDD’s priorities is to develop innovative solutions that strengthen U.S. cyber defenses and enhance system resiliency against cyber threats. 

Teams will explore new ways to measure and improve tools that assess and improve cyber defensive capabilities and develop algorithms to measure a system’s cyber defenses.
