Symposium 2027 Poster Submissions

Those selected will share their research at the 2027 CCI Symposium on April 5-6, 2027, in Charlottesville, Virginia at the Virginia Guesthouse Hotel and Conference Center. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.

Poster Submission

Submit an abstract about your research/poster with the poster title, research area, and explain how it relates to cybersecurity. If your poster has multiple team members, only one person should submit the abstract.

Those selected will share their research at the event, which will be held April 5-6, 2027,  in Charlottesville, Virginia, at the Virginia Guesthouse Hotel and Conference Center. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.

One poster will be selected as “Best Poster” by a faculty committee, and the student/team will be recognized with an award at the dinner on April 5, 2027.

Your selection is also an invitation to the Symposium. You must still register to attend.

If selected, you’re responsible for printing your poster on the approved CCI poster template and bringing it to the Virginia Guesthouse Hotel and Conference Center. CCI will provide an easel, poster board, and clips for you to attach your poster. All posters will be considered for the “Best Poster” award. 

Poster Format: 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall

Eligibility

Researchers and faculty at public institutions in CCI deemed eligible by their home institutions to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) on an external grant.

Students enrolled at a Virginia institution of higher education at the time of the Symposium (April 5-6, 2027).
