CCI Symposium 2025

April 14-15, 2025 in Richmond

Members of the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative and invited guests will gather at the fourth annual CCI Symposium April 14  to 15, 2025, in Richmond, Va.

CCI members will share news, celebrate achievements, and discuss research with colleagues during the event at the Omni Richmond Hotel.

We’ll present the second annual CCI Impact Award (nominations are open until Feb. 28) and Student Poster Presentation Award at the event.

Registration for those invited to the Symposium opens on Feb. 3, 2025. The last day to register is March 14, 2025. 

The cost for the symposium is a non-refundable charge of $60. You must provide a credit card number during registration. If you register, but do not attend, you will not get a refund.

While at the Symposium, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Meet colleagues and find new collaborators from across Virginia.
  • Attend the dinner and award ceremony for the fourth annual CCI Impact Award (nominations are open until Feb. 28).
  • Hear speakers discuss developments in the  cybersecurity field.

Lodging and Travel

A block of rooms has been set aside for the event at the Omni Richmond Hotel, 100 South 12th St., Richmond, Va. 23219, the site of the Symposium. 

Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their rooms. If you drive, the Omni provides hotel parking.

Other transportation options include: two train stations (Amtrak Main Street and Amtrak Staples Mill Road); Richmond International Airport; and a Greyhound Bus Station.
