Student Career Workshop

Kevin Muchiri, assistant director for Old Dominion University’s Graduate Student and Alumni Program, will lead a students-only career workshop from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the CCI Symposium.

The workshop is designed for students and early-career professionals looking to break into cybersecurity, especially those without prior experience.

It will focus on career pathways, essential skills, entry strategies, and real-world case studies to help attendees navigate the industry with confidence. 

Through interactive exercises, team-based case studies, and networking activities, participants will gain practical insights to take the next steps in their cybersecurity careers.
