Education

Warner has a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MS in Computer Science from George Mason University. 

Neil Warner has more than 28 years of experience in the intelligence community working on and leading cybersecurity and software development programs. 

Warner, a Technical Program Manager (with a Program Management Professional certification [PMP]) with CACI Inernational, recruits, builds, manages and leads an integrated team of professionals to meet clients’ requirements.  

He works closely with staff, creating a highly-functioning, dynamic team atmosphere. 

Warner’s work includes client relationship management, financial management, program control, technical thought leadership, and team communications.
