Lodging

This is an invitation-only event for people involved in CCI-funded programs and projects. To receive lodging information, you must indicate during the registration process that you require lodging. If you are a researcher working on a CCI-funded project and didn't receive an invitation, please first check your spam folder for the invite and then contact Kendall Beebe.

Cancellation Policies: For details on cancellation policies, terms and/or exclusions, please check the “Rate Rules” link on the Choose Room booking page or the Cancellation Policy section on your Reservation Confirmation email. While many rates have flexible cancellation policies, some rates are non-refundable.

The Omni provides hotel parking. Guests can pay $25 a day for parking, or they may valet park for $30, which covers both days.
