Darryl "Deri" Draper-Amason is a research assistant professor at Old Dominion University. She is competent in human performance technology, process improvement and instructional systems design and distance learning.
She has published instructional design work and presented workshops and conference sessions on distance learning technology and strategies. Draper-Amason has worked on projects conducting needs analysis, performance gap analysis, instructional design and curriculum development.
Draper-Amason is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, earning her Ph.D. and M.Ed. in instructional systems, and Temple University, with a B.A. in Greek, Roman, and Egyptian Art.
