Liling Huang's research focuses on securing the nation's critical energy infrastructure.
Huang is as an Associate Professor at George Mason University, as well as a Consulting Principal Engineer at Dominion Energy and Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative. She is a Senior Member of IEEE.
Prior to pursuing her PhD, she was a certified professional engineer at Taiwan Development and Trust Corporation.
Huang earned her PhD in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
