Jakubisin is a Research Assistant Professor with the Virginia Tech National Security Institute and the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, by courtesy.
Previously, he was a technical advisor with a U.S. law firm supporting IP/patent matters in the telecommunications sector.
He holds a Ph.D., an M.S., and a B.S., all in electrical engineering.
