Background
Qun Li is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of William & Mary.
He is the recipient of a NSF Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) award and an IEEE Fellow. He served as a program chair for multiple conferences and as TPC member for numerous conferences and workshops. Li also served as the steering committee chair of IEEE Transactions on Multi-Scale Computing Systems (TMSCS) and on the editorial board of multiple journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications.
