Bagby is an assistant professor of computer science at Virginia Western Community College, where he is also head of the Center for Cybersecurity Education.
He teaches courses in cyber security, programming and databases as well as the project capstone.
He has more than 25 years of information technology experience in the private and public sectors, most recently specializing in the integration of instructional technology in education.
