Background
Kaufman is a professor, extension specialist, and associate head with Virginia Tech's Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education.
He is a past president of the Virginia Tech Faculty Senate and of the Association of Leadership Educators.
He holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Agricultural Education and Communication, and a B.S. in Agricultural Education.
