Background
Moghim, a research assistant professor in Old Dominion’s School of Cybersecurity, originally joined ODU in the Virginia Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center.
Previously, she was an associate professor in the University of Isfahan’s Department of Computer Engineering,
She holds a Ph.D and M.sC.. in Communication Systems Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
She is the author of several technical papers in telecommunications journals and conferences.
