I was reaffirmed that an inclusive education is possible but it takes years to affect this through persistent, consistent efforts from multiple people and groups.

Drape is an Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech in the Department of Agriculture, Leadership, and Community Education. Her areas of expertise include formal and informal education, mentoring, adoption of technology, and program evaluation.

Drape earned her Associate's degree at Morrisville State College, Bachelor's and Master's at Cornell University, and PhD at Virginia Tech.
