Jacek Kibilda's research focuses on modelling and technology design for Next G mobile networks, using tools of stochastic geometry, AI, optimization, and computer modelling.
Background
Kibilda is an Associate Professor with the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative and Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech.
Previously, he was a Research Fellow with CONNECT at Trinity College Dublin and a Challenge Research Fellow with Science Foundation Ireland. Prior to his PhD, Kibilda was also a Research Scientist with the Wroclaw Research Centre EIT+. He is also a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Fulbright Fellow.
